Driver Information

The minimum age in general is 21 (depending on vehicle size), 25 years is the minimum age on larger vehicles. The maximum age with certain suppliers is 70.

Licence

Drivers must have held a licence for a minimum of three years with certain suppliers and vehicles. International licences are accepted.

Endorsements

Are accepted with some suppliers. Some suppliers require the endorsements to be over 3 yrs and some suppliers need a deposit of 320 eur that will be refunded if there is no further offence.

Excess

Between 120 eur +tax and 961.62 eur + tax depending on vehicle size. This can be refunded from holiday autos according to our damage excess refund policy.

Excess Waiver

This cover is optional and can be purchased with the supplier locally, charged between 3 eur + tax and 9 eur + tax per day. This waivers or reduces the excess depending on the supplier.

P.A.I (Personal Accident Insurance)

This cover is optional and can be purchased with the supplier, locally charged between 1.80 eur+ tax and 4.73 eur + tax per day. Included in cost with some suppliers.

extras

Additional Driver

Charged locally between 1.94 eur + tax per day and 3.01 eur + tax per day to 18.93 eur + tax for the duration. The first additional driver is free of charge with most suppliers. Please check at time of booking.

Delivery & Collection

This service is free of charge within office hours. An out of hours charge between 12.02 eur + tax and 18.30 eur + tax each way may be applicable. For rentals of 1-2 days a charge of 9.02 eur + tax is applicable with some suppliers.

Out of hours

This service is charged locally between 13.65 eur + tax and 30.05 eur + tax. Some suppliers have a drop box for out of hours returns; for all others the above charge is applicable. Out of hours are not available at all locations or with all suppliers.

Use of Vehicle

The vehicle must not be used to pull or tow.
The vehicle must not be used for sub-letting or the transportation of goods.
You must not interfere with the odometer.
In the event of an accident you must gather the relevant information from the third party.
In the event of loss or damaged keys you will be required to pay for them.
Correct fuel must be used at all times; failure to do so will result in you paying for repairs.

Documentation

The vehicle documents must be kept in the vehicle at all times.

Personal Data

The supplier will hold your personal data relating to the rental for legal reasons.
