Driver Information
The minimum age is 21. The maximum age is 70, drivers over 70 can hire but a 2.20 CYP surcharge is applicable. License Drivers aged between 21-24 must have held a licence for 3 years. Drivers 25+ must have held a licence for 1 year. Endorsements If the endorsements are for minor offences they can still hire. If they are for drink/drug/dangerous driving the car cannot be hired if the offence was in the last 3 years.

This is included in holiday autos rate but it may still be offered locally. Excess 108 CYP.This is not applicable to British license holders. This can be refunded from holiday autos according to our damage excess refund policy. P.A.I This cover isoptional and can be purchased from the local supplier, charged locally at 1.10 CYP per day. E.D.W This cover is optional and covers damage to windscreen and tyres. It can be purchased from the supplier locally, charged at 1.12 CYP per day.

Additional Driver
Charged locally at 1.12 CYP per day. Please check at time of booking. Delivery & Collection This service is free of charge if there is an office at the location and it is within office hours. For out of office hours or out of town delivery/collection there is a local charge of 5.50 CYP each way. This rate is applicable for delivery and collection on bank holidays. Out of Hours This service is charged locally by the supplier at 5.50 CYP each way. The supplier must have flight details. Use of Vehicle. The vehicle must only be driven on surfaced roads. The vehicle must not be used for the paid carriage of passengers. The vehicle must not be used to tow or pull. The vehicle must be returned to the stipulated place or the supplier will charge the customer. In the case of negligence the customer will be liable for as much as the full damage cost. In case of an accident the customer must obtain the relevant information from the third party. If the car is not returned by the date stated on the rental agreement than the customer will not be covered by insurance. The supplier can repossess the car at any time if the contract is breached. Documentation The vehicle's documentation should be kept in the customer's possession at all times. It should not at any time be left in the vehicle. |
